Water-resistant plywood for concrete formwork, wet areas and MEP boxing, bonded with a phenolic resin and usually faced with a brown or black phenolic film that releases cleanly and survives repeated pours. The grade is the thing to get right: film-faced shuttering is the cheap, correct spec for formwork, while BWP and BS 1088 are what a plantroom or permanent wet exposure calls for.
