1. Who we are

IBNEELY is an online marketplace for construction materials operated in the United Arab Emirates. We connect buyers with independent vendors; unless stated otherwise, the sales contract for any order is between you and the vendor named on the order.

2. Accounts

You need an account to place orders. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account covers both buying and, if approved, selling.

3. Vendors

Selling on IBNEELY requires an application and our approval. Vendors must be businesses legally entitled to trade in the UAE, must ensure their listings are accurate and their products compliant with applicable UAE standards, and are responsible for fulfilling the orders they accept.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Where VAT applies, it is charged in accordance with UAE VAT law. Payment is made by the method chosen at checkout (for example cash on delivery or bank transfer to the vendor). An order is confirmed when the vendor accepts it.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged by the vendor to the address you provide. Inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage before accepting them.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled per our Returns & Refunds Policy and UAE consumer protection law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful listings, no misleading information, no attempts to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts or stores that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IBNEELY acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for a vendor's products or performance beyond the remedies required by UAE law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
