1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), optional phone and photo.
• Order data: items, amounts, delivery address, payment method chosen.
• Store data (vendors): business name, legal name, contact details, Emirate.
• Messages you exchange with stores through the platform.
• Device data needed for app features, such as push-notification tokens.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: create your account, process and deliver orders, enable buyer–vendor chat, send order and application notifications, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Vendors receive the details needed to fulfil your order (name, delivery address, phone). We use service providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email and push notifications, bound to process data only on our behalf.

4. Retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. Passwords are hashed; access to production data is restricted.

5. Your rights

In line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@ibneely.com.
