Thermo-mechanically treated deformed bar for concrete reinforcement. The ribs are what develop the bond with the pour. UAE mills roll 8–40 mm; B500B to BS 4449:2005 is the standard stock grade. Supplied in 12 m lengths in roughly 2-tonne bundles, or cut and bent to schedule.
